• As Rhythm is primarily a social networking app, we require all users to create an account to upload content to the app.
• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• Authentication is done via a temporary code sent to your email for login purposes.
• You are responsible for ensuring the security of your email account to prevent unauthorized access.

4. User responsibilities and conduct

• You are responsible for all content you upload, including photos and comments.
• You agree not to post any content that is offensive, harassing, abusive, defamatory, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate.
• You must not engage in bullying, hate speech, or any behavior intended to harm or intimidate others.
• You agree to use the commenting feature respectfully and to interact in a manner that fosters a positive environment for all users.
• We reserve the right to remove any content or comments that violate these Terms of Service or our Community Guidelines.
• Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Content ownership and license

• You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload.
• By uploading content, you grant Rhythm a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and share your content within the app based on your selected privacy settings.

6. Termination of service

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service.
• You may terminate your account at any time, and all personal data will be deleted as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

Rhythm is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss or unauthorized access.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be communicated through the app or via email, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
